About Margot Sophia - Walking The Talk

Margot lives with her family in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. She works from home, and from locations in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs as a counselor, energy worker and artist.

Margot moved to Australia from the Netherlands in 1992 and prior to that had  also lived in Indonesia, France and Australia.

Since coming to Australia, Margot has married and had two children. With the experiences of emigration and childbirth came many changes, causing anxiety and depression for a number of years.   The experience of two heart procedures to cure a congenital heart condition also ensued.

These experiences caused Margot to look inside of herself to find healing, understanding, strength and peace. 

Dedication to Personal Development
Through these, and many other life experiences, Margot has learned about her true self and in the process has studied and implemented and trained others in numerous tools, of which many are used in her work with others.

Margot has always had an incredibly strong intuition, strengthening her ability to help others gain clarity in their lives.  Margot is committed also to constantly strive for that clarity for herself. She has formalised her abilities through her Diploma in Holistic Living Counseling and in her practice of Reiki.

Margot’s aim in her work is guide people through emotional release and life changes towards happiness and self-esteem and empowerment. She is surprised again and again how quick people move through there issues to gain clarity and lightness, when they open their hearts and minds to her experience and intuition.

Margot Sophia is a member of the Australian Holistic Healers Association.
